Transport

Jetpak reserves the right to transport the package by all available means, unless instructions to the opposite effect are given in writing on the consignment note. Regarding liability, Jetpak assumes that the limitations of liability in the Warsaw Convention and the Montreal Convention apply. For this purpose, “air transport” is considered to cover the entire time in which the package is in the care, supervision or possession of Jetpak or its agents, regardless of the mode of transport or storage.
