Force Majeure

If Jetpak is unable to perform a service under the Agreement and this is due to circumstances beyond Jetpak's control, which could not have been foreseen or reasonably overcome, this circumstance is considered a valid reason for Jetpak to perform the relevant deliveries at a later date, without penalty or compensation to either party. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, strikes, wars, natural disasters, national emergencies, government or government agency decisions, or similar occurrences. If, due to these circumstances or occurrences, Jetpak is unable to fulfil its contractual obligations for a period of more than six (6) months, Jetpak is no longer bound by its obligations under the agreement and has no liability to the customer.
