Dangerous goods
Dangerous goods and valuable goodsÂ
In general, Jetpak does not transport dangerous goods. However, there are certain exceptions, such as dry ice and goods stored in dry ice, where special conditions apply to the declaration of contents, packaging and labelling of the goods. The sender shall confirm that the submitted content declaration is correct and that the shipment complies with IATA's Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) and the European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR). The sender has full responsibility for ensuring that the conditions are met. Jetpak reserves the right to charge an additional fee for hidden dangerous goods.
Contact Jetpak's customer service for information on other exceptions to regulations on dangerous goods.
If the package contains particularly sensitive or valuable goods, Jetpak must be informed at the time of scheduling the delivery, before any agreement is entered into. A higher declared value of the package is only valid if it has been approved in writing by Jetpak before the transport of the package.
